QMobile Noir A8i Review

14:36

QMobile released a new budget smart phone on 3rd July, 2014. It supports both 2G and the recently available 3G networks and weighs 118 grams.
QMobile A8i has a 4 inch WVGA capacitive touch screen with 800 x 480 pixels, giving it a bright and vibrant display which pleases the eyes. Alert types include polyphonic, MP3, WAV, WMA and other downloadable alerts. This phone has a 4 GB internal memory which can be expanded using a micro SD card up to 16 GB, and 512 MB RAM which seems quite adequate for a budget phone.

Furthermore, this phone allows GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi 802.11 along with Bluetooth and USB support. Moving on, it has a 5 MP rear camera which allows auto focus and flash, plus a humble VGA camera in the front.
It has quite the impressive hardware for a budget smart phone with a 1.3 GHz Dual Core CPU. It also has the motion and proximity sensors. This combination of sensors is obviously not a high end one, and is fairly common to low end budget smartphone and works efficiently for them. Furthermore the phone has the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
It also has stereo FM and comes in black color which is an apparent weakness as the choice of color is usually an attraction for consumers. It comes with a powerful battery of 1600 mAh and is available for Rs.11,500. So if you were looking for a budget smart phone there really is no need to look elsewhere.
